Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing BAMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. License to Use
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play BAMS for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
3. Rules of Conduct
You must not:
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
4. In-App Purchases
- Virtual items and currency purchased in the Game are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world cash value.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to their refund policies.
- All sales are final except where required by applicable law.
- You must be of legal age to make purchases, or have explicit parental authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in BAMS (code, graphics, audio, trademarks) is owned by Oguzhan Girgin or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
9. Changes to Terms
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
